Constantine:Quid Pro Quo And Other Stuff

I swear Constantine just keeps getting better with each new episode. I love how this episode had so much packed into it and it turned out the best episode yet.
First we got to see more about Chas and I'm very happy about that. I wanted to know more about him because I've never read the comics. I love how he has a family, but still spends how much of his time fighting evil and saving people with John. I love how you found out why he comes back to life when he dies. Talk about supernatural. That's what I love about this show. All the characters have something tied to the supernatural and that's what makes them all compelling.
It's sad that Supernatural is no longer about anything supernatural and it's more about the characters, minus Sam, talking about their feelings. Sam is not allowed to talk about how he feels and now his character is totally reduced to only being about saving Dean. The writers have literally turned Sam into the worst character on TV. Sam has zero personality now. He can't even have sex or even look at a female and heaven forbid if he wanted a relationship with anyone but Dean. Sam is now like a dog at Dean's feet. He can only protect and defend Dean and that's all.
I said once that Constantine is what Supernatural used to be. Supernatural doesn't even measure up or even come close to how good Constantine is. The earlier seasons of Supernatural don't even measure up now.
Poor Crowley and Mark Sheppard. I used to love Crowley. I remember a time when he used to be in a mansion and now he looks like he's living in the sewers or something. And now Crowley is stupid and boring and his mother is worse.
I love Constantine and part of me wants a second season, but another part of me hopes that it doesn't go as long as Supernatural because who would want it to turn into shit like Supernatural has.
