EA is the worst company in the world because of how they've made me feel. I've been depressed since they announced that they were going to close my beloved Pet Society. I know that most people would think I'm crazy for loving my little Sammy like I do, but I can't help it. I'll always have pictures of him, but it won't be the same. I loved going to get him new stuff from the stores and fixing up his rooms with all the cute themes. It's like EA has crushed all the hope and love in my heart and that's why they are a crappy company. They don't care how their customers feel or what they want. All they care about is making money.
They're as bad as Zynga. I used to love playing Farmville and it was my second favorite game after Pet Society. I haven't played it for three weeks now and I can't say that I've missed it. EA is doing exactly what stupid Zynga has done. Zynga dumped a ton of their games and created a bunch of new ones to try and get you to play. I was so sick of all that crap popping up when I went to get requests. I don't want to play their stupid new games. Also, Zynga gave you rewards in Farmville for playing all their new crap. I could care less. I'm tired of the ton of farms and then they come up with Farvmville2. I'm sure there will be more farms on the way.
Now EA is doing exactly what Zynga has done. Dumping a bunch of games and then creating a bunch of new ones and trying to get you to play those. They've been promoting their other games for how long now in Pet Society. I don't want to play that crap. I've blocked almost every game I know of that is EA or Popcap. I will never play another one of their games. I can't stand how they've been promoting that stupid Plants vs. Zombies at the top and now promoting two more games when you sign in with some dumb pop up. Some players can't even get past that dumb pop up to play Pet Society.
I seriously doubt EA cares about anyone playing Pet Society or one of the other games they're dumping because if they did, they wouldn't be getting rid of the games we want to play and replacing them with crap. I love how they sent some dumb email as well like they care. If they cared how much time and money we've invested, then they'd keep our game and not try get us to play a new one. I doubt EA even knows what Pet Society is. To me and how many other players, it's not just a game. It's our pet or our baby and we love to see them every day. It's not some game that you can just dump like it was nothing and move on to the the next one. I actually feel sorry for anyone who plays those Popcap games because I'm sure what happened with Playfish will happen with them. Their games will propably be shut down as well when the EA has sucked as much money as they can out of them.
I never thought about hating or loving a company before now. I've never had a problem with any company. But, now I really don't like EA for what they are doing to me and how many other players who play Pet Society and their other games they are closing. And it's like they just keep shoving it in our faces, that they're closing the game down and to play their other crap games. I don't like them for that at all.
I love how people tell me my opinion counts, when in fact, it really doesn't count for anything at all. This is my opinion of EA, but I know no one really cares, especially EA what I think or how I feel.
